Responsibilities:

Manage customer's account: Handle all incoming and outgoing banking transactions on behalf of the companyCollecting payments in cash when necessaryIssue receipts, refunds when necessaryResolve customer complaints and provide them relevant informationSubmit periodic reports detailing the company’s present financial situation and forecasting the coming quarterImplement company policies regarding documentation and accounting of receipts and other financial informationPrepare monthly and yearly budgets while continually monitoring expenditureReview statements and provide advice on issues pertaining to business financeSeek to maintain a positive professional relationship with partner financial institutionsLiaise with designated staff about financial matters and assist in developing financial strategies quarterly and yearlyServe as information and reference point for managementEnsure that record keeping and accounts meet the conditions of funders and statutory bodies.


Requirements:

HND in Finance, Accounting or in a relevant field of study with demonstrated experience as a treasurer or in a relevant financial management positionGood Math SkillsProficiency in Microsoft office suiteAccuracy in computing and managing numbersExcellent Communication skills and Time Management skillsDetailed knowledge of financial legislation and practicesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsLeadership and decision making abilities


SALARY: 70,000


Suitable candidates must be based within Ogbomosho/surrounding environment or be willing to relocate immediately.
