Requirements/Qualifications Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy (BSc Pharm) from an accredited institution. Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree is an advantage. Registered Pharmacist with at least 3 years of experience in a retail pharmacy setting. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate a team. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Proficient computer skills, including experience with pharmacy dispensing software and Microsoft Office Suite. Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and patient safety. Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Current license to practice pharmacy in Nigeria. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care to customers, including dispensing medications, counseling on prescription and over-the-counter medications, and monitoring for drug interactions and adverse effects. Oversee day-to-day pharmacy operations, including inventory management, ordering, and stock rotation to ensure adequate supply and minimize waste. Lead and mentor a team of pharmacists and pharmacy technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure optimal performance and customer service. Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including physicians and nurses, to optimize patient therapy and outcomes. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including state and federal laws, pharmacy policies, and procedures, and maintain accurate records. Implement and promote clinical services, such as medication therapy management, immunizations, and health screenings, to enhance patient care and expand revenue opportunities. Participate in quality improvement initiatives, including medication safety assessments, medication error reporting, and continuous process improvement. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, professionalism, and open communication among pharmacy staff and other departments. Stay abreast of industry trends, new medications, and advances in pharmacy practice through continuing education, professional development, and networking opportunities. Flexibility to move between store locations as needed to support operational needs.
