Responsibilities:

  • Cold Calling: Initiate outbound calls to potential customers based on provided lists or leads.
  • Product/Service Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the products or services you are promoting and be able to effectively communicate their features and benefits to prospects.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads and opportunities for the sales team to pursue.
  • Objection Handling: Address any objections or concerns raised by prospects and provide suitable solutions or information to overcome objections.
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for prospective clients to meet with sales representatives by persuading potential customers
  • Follow-Up: Maintain detailed records of interactions with prospects and follow up with them as needed to move them through the sales funnel.
  • Meet Targets: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly attendance quotas and performance targets.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to generate referrals.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with telemarketing standard operating procedures rules and regulations.


    Requirements:

  • OND/HND/ BSC educational qualification preferred.
Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is a plus. Strong verbal communication and active listening skills. Persuasive and results-oriented with the ability to handle objections. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Self-motivated and target-driven. Ethical and compliant with telemarketing regulations. Ability to work well in a team and adapt to changing circumstances. Resilience and a positive attitude in the face of rejection.
