Responsibilities:

Prepare and deliver Mathematics lessons tailored to the needs and abilities of primary school students.Evaluate and grade students' class work, assignments, and papers to assess their progress.Prepare course materials, including syllabi, homework assignments, and lesson notes, to facilitate effective learning.Initiate, facilitate, and moderate classroom discussions to encourage active participation and critical thinking.Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and other required documentation.Plan, evaluate, and revise curricula, course content, and instructional methods to meet the evolving needs of students.Collaborate with students, parents, teachers, and school administrators to assess student needs and develop personalized tutoring plans.Provide private instruction to individuals or small groups of students to address specific academic needs or prepare for assessments.Research and recommend textbooks, software, and other learning materials to enhance the teaching and learning experience.Participate in professional development sessions to improve teaching practices and stay updated on the latest educational trends.


Requirements:

B.Ed, PGDE, in Mathematics EducationMinimum of 5 years' experience teaching Mathematics in a primary school setting.Excellent command of English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.Demonstrated proficiency in the use of computers and internet resources.Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.Customer service-oriented approach with a commitment to providing a positive learning experience.Leadership qualities and a proactive attitude towards problem-solving.Outstanding teaching skills, with a creative and innovative approach to instruction.Professional appearance and demeanor.
