Responsibilities:

Oversee daily hotel operations, including front desk management, housekeeping, food and beverage services, and maintenance.Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained at all times.Develop and implement strategies to maximize occupancy rates and revenue.Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.Monitor and analyze financial performance, including budgets, forecasts, and profit margins.Maintain compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork and collaboration among staff members.


Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferredMinimum of 5 years of experience in hotel management or a similar role.Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.Proven track record of achieving revenue and occupancy targets.Familiarity with hotel management software and systems.


Work Schedule: Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
