Technical Support:
- Assist the technical team with administrative tasks related to projects, including data entry, scheduling meetings, and managing project documentation.
- Research and compile technical information for the team.
- Draft technical reports and presentations may require some technical knowledge.
Administrative Support:
- Manage calendars and schedules for the technical team.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics.
- Process invoices and purchase orders.
- Maintain filing systems physical and digital for the technical department.
- Answer phones and emails professionally, directing inquiries appropriately
Qualifications:
- Associate's degree in a technical field e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology or relevant experience preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
- Ability to learn new software and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
