Project Architect

Responsibilities:
Lead the design process for architectural projects, including conceptualization, schematic design, design development, and construction documentation. Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to define project requirements, goals, and objectives. Prepare and present design proposals, drawings, and renderings to clients for review and approval.Develop detailed architectural plans, drawings, and specifications using CAD software and other design tools. Coordinate with consultants, engineers, contractors, and vendors to integrate their input into the design and ensure compliance with project requirements and regulations. Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely delivery of high-quality design solutions within budget constraints. Conduct site visits, inspections, and evaluations to monitor construction progress, address issues, and ensure adherence to design intent and quality standards. Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to junior staff members and collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams. Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in architecture and design. Foster a culture of collaboration, creativity, and excellence within the architectural team and the organization as a whole.Requirements:
A minimum of BSc/HND in Architecture. A minimum of 3 years of experience in architectural design and project management. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design software. Strong design portfolio demonstrating creativity, innovation, and technical proficiency in architectural design. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results on time and within budget. Knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction standards. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve project goals.-
