Role Profile

Provide day-to-day direction and general management of office activities of the group.Promote and implement human resource and admin values by planning and managing human resources programs that impact on the business growth and profitability of the group

Responsibilities

Develop and implement an agenda for HR/Admin strategy in line with business plan. Ensure HR plans support the needs of the business but are also flexible enough to cope with changes in the organization, as and when they occur.Responsible for senior level decision-making and both day-to-day management and strategic direction of the organization.Conduct training needs analysis and designs and implement a training plan with input from business units. Manage cost to budget.Provide day-to-day advice to line managers on all human resource and admin issues: management of staff, remuneration etc.Maintain a succession plan for all business units.Ensure payroll is completed accurately and to deadline.Establish and maintain a complete and all-encompassing HR and Admin structure and processes for each company within the group. • Evaluate HR and Admin trends and advice management of the effective deployment of talent in a competitive wayDevelop and maintain an inventory of organisation's assets and keep adequate records in terms of disposal, movement verification, maintenance etc.Comply with federal, state and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; anticipating legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management of needed actions.Enhancing organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.Review quotations, negotiate supply items including quality, quantity, supply arrangements to ensure optimal value for the organization and develop vendor selection proposal for approval.
