JOB SUMMARY

QualificationsO' Level WAEC / NECO / NABTEB / Trade Test.OND Certificate in Science will be an added advantage.Experience: 2 years cognate experience.The Person Must:Have effective communication and collaboration skills.Good knowledge of mechanical engineering designs, installations, maintenance, and repairs.Great organizational and time management abilities.Have good mechanical aptitude.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Carry out preventive maintenance program/checks at regular intervals and act preventively to avoid situations from arising that may compromise the proper functioning of machinery and equipment.Ensure that maintenance is performed according to a schedule, in conjunction with the maintenance planner to sustain or improve equipment overall efficiency.Perform post-maintenance functional tests and checks to verify that the maintenance action was successful before handing it over to production team and sign off.Responsible for documenting maintenance operations (e.g. keeping a log of maintenance activities, gathering data and preparing reports on repairs carried out, frequent breakdowns and routine checks) and report to a Supervisor/Technical Manager.
