Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Coordination

Develop and maintain detailed project plans, ensuring the successful execution of software development projects.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.

Resource Management

Allocate resources and manage project budgets to ensure optimal efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Work closely with development teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software.

Risk Management

Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans to address challenges proactively.

Monitor and report project progress, ensuring that milestones are met on time.

Stakeholder Communication

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, keeping them informed of project status and managing expectations.

Communicate effectively with internal teams, ensuring everyone is aligned on project objectives.

Quality Assurance

Implement best practices and methodologies to ensure the delivery of top-notch software solutions.

Conduct quality assurance reviews to guarantee the functionality, performance, and security of developed software.



Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Proven experience as a Project Manager in a software development environment.Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).Excellent organizational and leadership skills.Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.Proficient in project management tools and software.
