Job Summary

  • We are seeking an Experience Facility Cleaner to join our dynamic team.
  • This role is crucial in ensuring the cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency of the Office assign.

Key Requirements

  • Cleaning Expertise: Demonstrated experience in various cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting. Knowledge of appropriate cleaning techniques for different surfaces e.g., wood, tile, carpet and materials.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the facility. Attention to detail to ensure all areas are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.
  • Time Management: Efficiently manage time to complete cleaning tasks within designated schedules. Ability to prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance.
  • Use of Cleaning Equipment: Proficient in the use of cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaners, floor buffers, and industrial cleaning agents. Knowledge of safety procedures when handling chemicals.
  • Physical Stamina: Capable of performing physically demanding tasks such as lifting heavy objects, moving furniture, and standing for extended periods.
  • Team Player: Able to work collaboratively with other cleaning staff or facility personnel to achieve cleanliness goals. Willingness to assist in other tasks as needed.
  • Reliability and Dependability: Punctual and consistent in attendance. Dependable to complete assigned tasks without supervision.
  • Knowledge of Health and Safety Standards: Understanding of proper sanitation protocols to maintain a clean and safe environment. Familiarity with OSHA guidelines and regulations.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors, colleagues, and other staff members. Reporting any maintenance issues or supply needs promptly.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if required. Adaptability to changing cleaning schedules or special requests.
  • Respect for Confidentiality: Understanding the importance of respecting privacy and confidentiality within the facility, especially in sensitive areas like offices or medical facilities.
  • Initiative and Problem-Solving Skills: Proactive in identifying areas that need attention and taking appropriate action. Ability to address cleaning challenges effectively and find solutions.

Qualifications and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in aircraft cleaning, maintenance, or related roles is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Training in aviation safety and security protocols is desirable.
  • A valid driver's license may be required for certain tasks.
