RESPONSIBILITIES

Job Summary We are seeking a highly experienced and accomplished Senior Litigator to join our prestigious law firm. The ideal candidate will possess extensive courtroom experience, exceptional legal acumen, and a proven track record of successfully managing complex litigation cases from inception through trial and appeal. The Senior Litigator will provide strategic legal counsel, mentor junior attorneys, and play a pivotal role in shaping the firm's litigation practice.Key DutiesCase Management: Lead and manage complex litigation cases, including commercial, civil, and criminal matters. Develop and implement case strategies, conduct thorough legal research, and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs. Represent clients in court, including pre-trial hearings, trials, and appellate arguments. Negotiate settlements and alternative dispute resolutions.Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing expert legal advice and maintaining strong client relationships. Conduct client consultations, assess legal issues, and develop case plans aligned with clients' objectives. Communicate case progress and outcomes effectively to clients.Team Leadership: Mentor and supervise junior attorneys and legal staff, providing guidance and support in case preparation and litigation techniques. Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
