Job Description

  • Our client is sourcing for a self-driven individual to join their team as Administrative Officer. The Administrative Officer would be responsible for seamless running of the office activities.

Job Responsibilities

  • Devise and maintain office filing system.
  • Respond accurately to internal and external information requests.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings
  • Organize travel arrangements, booking flights and accommodation.
  • Create and reformat effective presentations and documentation.
  • Source and keep records for office supplies
  • Prepare reports and documentation for meetings and appointments.
  • Assist with other ad-hoc administrative and project requirements as needed.

Requirement and Skills

  • B.Sc. Degree / HND in a relevant course.
  • 1-2 years experience in the same capacity.
  • Discretion and confidentiality
  • Proactive problem solver
  • Good computer literacy MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Flexible and mature approach with ability to work unsupervised.
