Job Description
- Our client is sourcing for a self-driven individual to join their team as Administrative Officer. The Administrative Officer would be responsible for seamless running of the office activities.
Job Responsibilities
- Devise and maintain office filing system.
- Respond accurately to internal and external information requests.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings
- Organize travel arrangements, booking flights and accommodation.
- Create and reformat effective presentations and documentation.
- Source and keep records for office supplies
- Prepare reports and documentation for meetings and appointments.
- Assist with other ad-hoc administrative and project requirements as needed.
Requirement and Skills
- B.Sc. Degree / HND in a relevant course.
- 1-2 years experience in the same capacity.
- Discretion and confidentiality
- Proactive problem solver
- Good computer literacy MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint
- Flexible and mature approach with ability to work unsupervised.
