To sell micro loans to traders door to door Meet target expectations for new customersDraw up weekly & daily call plansMaintain Customer database and debt repayment plansMinimize delay timeline for loan recovery.


Requirements:

BSc/HND/OND in any discipline.Must not be more than 25 years.Extroverted, bold, good communication skills, Customer-oriented and with impressive interpersonal skills.Passionate about Sales and target driven.Ability to work under minimum supervision.Available to resume immediately.


Remuneration: NGN 70,000 Net

(Transport and  airtime allowance excluded)0.5% commissions on loan value sold.20% base salary increase on attainment of 2 consecutive months setGrade: Assistant Officer or Trainee Officer depending on experience
