JOB SUMMARY

A minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Human ResourceAt least 5-8 years experience in HRA minimum of 5years of experience in an Indian companyExperience in dealing with unionized sectorThorough knowledge of payrolls and systemExperience in local language-Hausa

RESPONSIBILITIES

Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands,grievances or other issuesDeveloping and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business strategySupport current and future business needs through the development,engagements, motivation and preservation of human capitalMaintain pay plan and benefits programOversee and Manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performanceDevelop and monitor overall HR strategies,systems, tactics anf and procedures across the organisationReport to Management and provide decision support through HR metrics.Nuture a positive working environmentEnsure legal Compliance throughout human Resource management.
