JOB SUMMARY
Job Requirements Candidates should possess an HND qualification with 1 - 2 years relevant work experience as a sales executive or a similar role, especially in FMCG. Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistical methods. Must have a valid driver’s license Ability to ride tricycle. Understanding of commercial trends, Sales and Distribution strategies. Integrity and reliability.Work Hours: 7:30am to 6pm. 5 work days weekly. Off days.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Job Overview Our Sales Executives are pivotal in the sales and distribution process of our food products, aiming to enhance satisfaction, loyalty, and retention through adept relationship building and distribution strategies. In this capacity, the sales Executives will engage with customers by delivering the company's products using advanced Tricycles, thus enhancing the overall customer experience.Job Description Presenting, promoting and selling products and services to existing and prospective customers. Establishing, developing and maintaining positive business and customer relationships. Maintaining a polite, humble, friendly and respectful behaviour to customers. Resolving customers’ problems and complaints in a polite, humble, respectful and timely manner to maximize customer satisfaction. Forward any reports on customer needs, comments, complaints, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services to the BDM via email with the Human Resource Manager in copy on weekly basis. Meeting and exceeding sales targets within the stipulated time. Preparing daily reports. Maintaining customer records, visiting customers and potential clients to evaluate needs and promote goods and services. Obtaining deposits and balance of payments and handing same to the cashier. Liaising with issuing unit to ensure that all products in the store are sold. Portraying honesty, integrity, and attention to detail in the course of your work. Carrying out your duties in a timely and proactive manner. Complying with the company’s policies, rules and regulations.
