Responsibilities:

Understanding the needs of users and priorities of local teamsLeading delivery on a range of projects, including process review, software implementation, data migration and reconciliationDefining and managing prioritized product backlogs, defining user stories, and managing new features, enhancements and bug fixesInput into GUI design, to ensure an excellent and intuitive user experienceProducing and managing functional documentation, wireframes, and acceptance criteriaTesting and acceptance of new features (or coordinating with external testing consultantsAnalyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.


Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in the Insurance/Reinsurance/Financial marketStrong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret complex data.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with stakeholdersSolid understanding of business processes and systems and user-centred design concepts.Experience working with data, such as data migration and reconciliationProficiency in using business analysis tools and techniques.Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills.Experience in Agile methodologies is a plus.Relevant certifications such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or PMI-PBA (Professional in Business Analysis) is a nice-have.
