Requirements:

Recently graduated (within the last 2 - 3 years) with excellent gradesMust have at least 5 credit passes in WASCE, including Mathematics and English
Second class Bachelor degree qualification in Architecture (or equivalent)
Completed Master’s degree in Architecture (or equivalent)
Qualitative year or more of experience in a design office post NYSC
Good time management skills and attitude
High analytical skills
Aptitude for problem solving
Good self-organisation and self-motivation, and ability to manage assigned tasks
Good communication skills – especially being able to listen, comprehend, clarify and return feedback
High sense of responsibility and accountability
Good teamwork ability
Highly creative, with an enthusiasm for visualization and a good understanding of architectural design and presentation
Excellent drafting skills
High proficiency in the use of Revit and AutoCAD
Knowledge of relevant Nigerian and British Standard building codes and relevant space standards/references - all for architectural design
Knowledge of SketchUp, VRay, Enscape, 3D Studio Max, Abobe Creative Suite (emphasis on Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign Premier Pro) and other visualization, post-production and CAD software would be an advantage
Registration with professional bodies though not a must would be an added advantage
 An understanding of quantities take-off and bill of quantities preparation works would also be an added advantage
