Job Description

  • As a Telesales Representative at Figorr, you will be responsible for generating sales leads and converting them into new business opportunities.
  • You will be the first point of contact with potential customers, promoting Figorr's range of cold chain solutions and services.
  • Your role will involve building and maintaining strong customer relationships, understanding customer needs, and effectively communicating Figorr's value proposition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to promote Figorr's cold chain solutions and services
  • Generate sales leads and follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Achieve sales targets and objectives
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
  • Provide feedback on market trends and customer needs to the sales and marketing teams

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a telesales representative or similar sales role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets
  • Knowledge of cold chain solutions or related industries is a plus
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
