Requirements:

Successfully completed university studies in Agronomy, Agricultural Science, Crop Science or other related disciplineExtensive knowledge of agricultural policies and risk management practicesVerifiable years of experience in managing farmsExcellent business acumenKnowledge of health and safety regulations and standardsExcellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skillsGood analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
