JOB SUMMARY

Requirements Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field; additional training or certifications are a plus. Proven experience as a professional driver, preferably in a leadership role. RESPONSIBILITIES

Position Overview Are you an experienced and reliable driver with excellent leadership skills? We're looking for a dedicated Lead Driver to join our team and ensure smooth and efficient transportation operations.Key Duties Supervise and coordinate a team of drivers, ensuring adherence to schedules and company policies. Drive company vehicles to transport goods and personnel safely to various destinations. Conduct routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks. Plan and optimize routes for efficiency and timely deliveries. Train new drivers on company procedures and safety protocols. Maintain accurate records of vehicle mileage, fuel usage, and maintenance.

REQUIRED SKILLS

Vehicle maintenance and repair, Driving license Class B, C, E - light vehicles & heavy commercial vehicles, Route planning, Traffic laws and regulations

REQUIRED EDUCATION

Bachelor's degree
