JOB SUMMARY

Job SpecificationBachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, or a related field.Advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional) is a plus.3 - 5 years proven experienceStrong understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and update policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.Communicate policies to employees and provide training to ensure understanding and adherence.Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations.Stay abreast of changes in laws and regulations relevant to the industry.Monitor regulatory developments and assess their impact on the organization.Conduct risk assessments to identify areas of potential compliance vulnerability.Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.Provide training sessions to employees on compliance-related topics.Prepare and submit required reports to regulatory bodies.Keep management informed of the status of compliance activitiesMonitor and enforce compliance through regular auditsCollaborate with other departments to address compliance issuesRecommend and implement improvements to the compliance program.Stay informed about industry best practices and incorporate them into the compliance framework.
