Responsibilities:

Lead and manage highway construction and rehabilitation projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.Review project plans, feasibility studies, and design proposals in collaboration with the project team.Conduct site inspections and assessments to evaluate project requirements and identify potential challenges.Review engineering drawings, specifications, and construction documents.Coordinate with foremen, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers.Monitor project progress, track expenses, and prepare regular progress reports for management and clients.


Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.Professional COREN qualified status is required.Minimum of 15 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on highway construction and rehabilitation.Proven track record of successfully delivering civil engineering projects on time and within budget.
