Job Summary
- We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Executive Secretary to provide administrative support to the Chairman.
- The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to handle confidential matters with professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Chairman's complex calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate travel arrangements
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations on behalf of the Chairman
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Develop and implement effective filing systems, both physical and digital
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to inquiries on behalf of the Chairman
- Coordinate meetings, events, and conferences, including preparing agendas and minutes
- Take minutes during board meetings and other high-level meetings
- Develop and manage budgets, track expenses, and process invoices related to the Chairman's office
- Build relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and board members
- Perform special projects as assigned by the Chairman.
Requirements
- BSc / HND in Secretarial / Administration or related field .
- Possession of higher Degree will be an added advantage.
- 4+ years of experience as an Executive Secretary or Administrative Assistant to a high-level executive
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism are essential.
