Job Description

  • Organizing and maintaining project files and records, ensuring they are accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible.
  • Coordinating document distribution, tracking revisions, and managing document control procedures.
  • Advanced proficiency in managing documents, spreadsheets, and databases.
  • Managing the day-to-day operations of the office, including answering phones, responding to emails, and handling correspondence.
  • Coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for management and staff.
  • Managing calendars and schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.
  • Ensuring proper documentation and filing of project-related paperwork, including invoices, purchase orders, and change orders.
  • Basic IT skills

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Secretarial studies, Business Administration or Mass Communication and any other professional qualification is an added advantage..
  • 5 years of experience on the job froma reputable company would be added advantage
  • Proficient in clerical duties, possessing a keen eye for accuracy and efficiency.
  • Exemplary communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proven experience in company secretarial work and executive-administrative assistance, showcasing adeptness in managing confidential information.
  • Mastery of MS Office suite and other relevant software to optimize workflow processes.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities, ensuring tasks are prioritized and completed promptly.
  • Ability to thrive in both independent and collaborative work settings.
