Job Description
- Organizing and maintaining project files and records, ensuring they are accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible.
- Coordinating document distribution, tracking revisions, and managing document control procedures.
- Advanced proficiency in managing documents, spreadsheets, and databases.
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the office, including answering phones, responding to emails, and handling correspondence.
- Coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for management and staff.
- Managing calendars and schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.
- Ensuring proper documentation and filing of project-related paperwork, including invoices, purchase orders, and change orders.
- Basic IT skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Secretarial studies, Business Administration or Mass Communication and any other professional qualification is an added advantage..
- 5 years of experience on the job froma reputable company would be added advantage
- Proficient in clerical duties, possessing a keen eye for accuracy and efficiency.
- Exemplary communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proven experience in company secretarial work and executive-administrative assistance, showcasing adeptness in managing confidential information.
- Mastery of MS Office suite and other relevant software to optimize workflow processes.
- Exceptional organizational abilities, ensuring tasks are prioritized and completed promptly.
- Ability to thrive in both independent and collaborative work settings.
