Responsibilities:

Design and implement performance management systems to assess and improve employee performance.Drive learning and development initiatives to enhance employees' skills and promote career growth.Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with the company's goals and values.Oversee the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring the selection of top talent for various roles within the organization.Manage employee relations, addressing grievances, and promoting a positive work culture.Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitive and attractive packages.Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and maintain accurate employee records.


Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree with 3 years’ experience in a HR or People Operations related roleExperience in human resources or related field.Experience in managing performance appraisal system is a must. In-depth knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.Strong leadership and people management skills.Able to follow-up / follow through without having to be reminded.
