JOB SUMMARY
Must have BSc. or its equivalent as educational qualification15-16 years Experience in Oil &Gas as Finance ManagerMust be a Chartered AccountantMaster’s is an added advantageShould have or be pursuing other accounting certificationsShould have some understanding of finance and be able to provide some advisory as regards the company’s financesShould be able to prepare accounts and tax returnsShould be able to ensure financial records comply with laws and regulationsAge: 37-45yearsAll applicants must have work in an oil & gas company as group finance managerMust reside in Port Harcourt or open to relocation
RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide and/or oversee day-to-day financial and accounting services and management within the guidelines established with and by the head officeHandling overall Taxation matters, Statutory Audits, Internal Audit, Company Law & other legal matters finalisation of accounts & AuditResponsible for Bank accounts and Cash Management, Tax & Capex proceduresSupervision of collection processResponsible for Budget and plans realization, updates and follow-upsEnsure the accuracy, completeness, integrity and reliability of all financial information and meet the deadlinesEnsure appropriate financial risk, accounting and auditing policies and procedures of the companyIn charge of relationships with Auditors, Banks, Clients financial representatives and other actorsResponsible for all admin projects for the Group in NigeriaContact review & assistance to Commercial Dept.Any other tasks assigned by MD, Board or HO functional team
