Skills & Qualifications
Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Career Counseling, Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Master’s degree or certification in career development e.g., Certified Career Services Provider, Global Career Development Facilitator is preferred.

Experience:

  • 2-4 years of experience in career counseling, workforce development, or human resources.
  • Experience working in educational settings, corporate training, or employment services is a plus.

Skills:

  • Strong counseling and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire individuals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients, employers, and community partners.
