Skills & Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Career Counseling, Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
- Master’s degree or certification in career development e.g., Certified Career Services Provider, Global Career Development Facilitator is preferred.
Experience:
- 2-4 years of experience in career counseling, workforce development, or human resources.
- Experience working in educational settings, corporate training, or employment services is a plus.
Skills:
