Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly and provide them with menusTake food and beverage orders accurately and efficientlyAssist guests with menu selections, providing recommendations when neededDeliver food and beverages promptly and courteouslyEnsure accuracy in order placement and verify that guests are satisfied with their mealsAnticipate guests' needs and respond promptly to any requests or concernsMaintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including clearing tables and resetting them for the next guestsCollaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order deliveryHandle cash and credit card transactions accurately and securelyUphold high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and safety in accordance with health regulations


Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not requiredExceptional customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personalityAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressureStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAttention to detail and the ability to multitaskWillingness to learn and adapt to new procedures and standardsAvailability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as neededMust be of legal age to serve alcohol (if applicable)
