Responsibilities:

The Head of Student Recruitment will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process of partners, including sourcing and screening these agents or partners, conducting interviews, and coordinating with partnership client managers. They will also be responsible for developing and implementing partnership recruitment strategies, and maintaining a strong partnership pipeline. The Head of Student Recruitment, will be in charge of overseeing the Student Recruitment Managers in the joint goal of gaining more partners and partnerships for the organization.


Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing or related fields
Proven experience in sales and student partner acquisitionKnowledge of student recruitment technologies and best practicesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to multitask and prioritize effectivelyExceptional organizational and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work independently and remotelyExperience in the Education Industry is a plus.
