Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Law or related field Professional certification or additional training in real estate law is a plus Strong knowledge and experience in legal document preparation and drafting
Familiarity with conducting due diligence in real estate transactions Knowledge of title insurance processes and requirements Experience in handling leases, including negotiation and drafting Understanding of commercial real estate practices and regulations Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment


 Salary: N120,000 and N180,000.
