Responsibilities:

Create and Update spreadsheets of daily transactions.Manage Account receivable and payableMonitoring of the logbookUpdating of all invoices on PMSUpdating of expenses report during project tripsProper filling of Admin documentsPreparation. keep record and submitting of invoices.Documentation of company’s assetsIdentify and address account discrepancies.Report on financial projections.Payment upload onCapturing of payments on ERPTo ensure proper documentation of relevant information and payment regards the companyTo support the growth and stability of the company as required.Renewal of company document for Trucks and Cars (vehicle license, Roadworthiness, and relevant company certificates)Recording Expenses in the officeOrganizing other staffs in the administrative unit for proper running of taskEffective with teamwork and a demonstrated ability to interact with multiple internal and external team members and other internal functional groups such as Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance and Document ManagementTime management and organizational skills, ability to multi-task, attention to detail, flexibility, ability to work under pressure, and strong verbal/written communication skills, including listening.Expenses Life Cycle (payment and capturing on PMS)


Additional Responsibilities:

Handle a broad range of duties from day-to-day operational activities to scheduling meetings and correspondence with Executive management and their assistants.Adequate record keeping and updating of relevant information as regards staffs and employees.Meetings and correspondence with Executive management and their assistants.Establishes and maintains interpersonal relationships.Prepares and submits expense claims for all supported managers and assists in training for the broader department to ensure that all policies and procedures are followed, and timely reimbursement received.Punctuality in the payment of Tax, bills and so on.Assist the Administrative Supervisor in necessary documentationsTo ensure that the company is duly represented as the first point of contactEnsure financial transactions are authorized, recorded, filled with adequate supporting documentations, monthly/quarterly basis


Skills And Experiences:

Good Communication SkillsExperience in other IT tools such as power Point, Excel and Database.Able to work on own initiatives.Set a positive example for others to emulate.Confident and professional telephone manners.At least 3 years progressively experience in Finance and Office administrationExperience working with a Telecom organizationExperience in organizing training and workshopsExcellent organizational skillsVerbal and written communications skills in English will be an advantage


Qualifications:

SSCE with at least 10 years’ experience in a corporate settings and deep computer knowledgeNCE/OND in the Business Admin/Accounting/Statistics with 5 years’ experience and good knowledge of MS application.HND/BSC/BA in Social Science/Mathematics/Statistics or another related field with 3 year experience and good knowledge of MS application


Annual Strategic planning:

Ensuring that the company complies with all payment, documentations, and auditing exercise.
