ABOUT THE COMPANY

Company overview C & I Leasing Plc listed on the Nigerian Stock Exchange, has been in operation for over two decades and since evolved from being a simple consumer finance leasing company licensed by the Central Bank of Nigeria in 1991 to becoming a diversified, leasing and business service conglomerate providing support services to various indigenous and multinational organizations in West Africa along three lines: Fleet Management, Personnel Outsourcing and Marine Services. The C&I Leasing group of companies has a cumulative staff strength of over 5,000 employees across Nigeria but has its operational offices in Lagos, Benin, Port-Harcourt, Calabar, Enugu and Abuja. The company has also been listed on the Nigerian Stock Exchange since 1997 and is invested in the following subsidiaries – Leasafric Ghana Limited, Epic International FZE Dubai and most recently took full ownership of C&I Petrotech Marine Limited. JOB SUMMARY

Requirements and SkillsB.Sc / BA in Business Administration, Sales or relevant fieldsProven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant roleProven sales track recordExperience in customer support is a plusProficiency in MS Office and CRM softwareProficiency in EnglishMarket knowledgeCommunication and negotiation skillsAbility to build rapportTime management and planning skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfactionConduct research to identify new markets and customer needsArrange business meetings with prospective clientsPromote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectivesPrepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelinesBuild long-term relationships with new and existing customers
