Job Description

  • We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Personal Secretary to provide administrative support to a high-net-worth individual, executive, or entrepreneur.
  • The ideal candidate will be able to manage complex schedules, coordinate personal and professional tasks, and maintain confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate complex schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Handle personal and professional correspondence, emails, and phone calls
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Coordinate personal events, such as parties, dinners, and family gatherings
  • Manage household staff, vendors, and service providers
  • Oversee personal expenses, budgets, and financial records
  • Make travel arrangements, reservations, and bookings
  • Run errands, complete tasks, and perform other personal duties as requested
  • Develop and maintain effective filing systems, both physical and digital
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to inquiries.

Requirements

  • BSc in Secretarial Studies, Office Management or a related course
  • 3+ years of experience as a Personal Secretary, Administrative Assistant, or in a related field
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
