JOB SUMMARY
Qualifications A Ph.D. in Business Administration, Management, or a related field from a reputable institution. Proven excellence in teaching at the postgraduate level. A strong record of research and publications in recognized academic journals. Experience in supervising and guiding graduate students. Active participation in professional organizations and a commitment to staying abreast of industry trends.Application Documents A comprehensive curriculum vitae, including academic and professional experience. A cover letter outlining teaching philosophy, research interests, and the candidate's potential contributions to the MBA program at NUTM. Copies of academic transcripts and certificates. Three letters of recommendation. Samples of recent publications or research.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Role Overview We are seeking a qualified and enthusiastic individual to fill the role of Senior Lecturer in our MBA program. The successful candidate will have a strong academic background, a record of impactful research, and a demonstrated commitment to excellence in teaching. The position involves teaching, research, and service responsibilities, with a focus on enhancing the academic quality of the MBA program.Principal Duties and Duties Teaching: Deliver engaging and insightful courses in the MBA program, promoting critical thinking, analytical skills, and practical application of business concepts. Research: Engage in rigorous and relevant research activities, contributing to the scholarly reputation of the university. Publish research findings in reputable journals and actively participate in conferences. Supervision: Mentor and guide graduate students in their research projects, theses, and dissertations. Service: Contribute to the university community through committee work, program development, and other service activities.
