JOB SUMMARY

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or FinanceMinimum of 2 years experience in accounting, preferably in the hospitality industryStrong analytical and problemsolving skillsProficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage)Excellent organizational and time management skillsAttention to detail and accuracyAbility to work independently and as part of a teamKnowledge of restaurant operations and industryspecific accounting practices is an added advantage.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepare and analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.Develop and manage annual budgets, monitor expenses, and identify costsaving opportunities.Process invoices, payments, and collections. Maintain accurate records of accounts payable and receivable.Process payroll accurately and timely, ensuring compliance with all tax regulations.Collaborate with management to track inventory levels and costs.Prepare and file necessary tax returns, including sales tax, payroll taxes, and income taxes.Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide insights to management.Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure accuracy of financial records.Adhere to all relevant accounting and financial regulations.
