JOB SUMMARY

Experience operating corrugating machinery (single facer, double backer, stacker) preferred.Strong understanding of mechanical principles and ability to troubleshoot basic machine problems.Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality control.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Good communication and interpersonal skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Set up, calibrate, and adjust the corrugating machine according to production specifications.Operate the machine safely and efficiently, monitoring performance and making adjustments as needed.Conduct quality checks on finished corrugated board to ensure it meets specifications.Identify and troubleshoot machine malfunctions, performing basic maintenance tasks and reporting complex issues.Maintain accurate production records and communicate effectively with other team members, including the quality assurance department.May operate forklifts or other equipment to move raw materials and finished products.Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe work environment.
