JOB SUMMARY
Qualifications Ph.D in Sciences, Education, Social Sciences, or a related field. Proven expertise in research design, statistical analysis, and education research methodologies. Track record of publishing research in reputable international journals. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in statistical software (e.g., SPSS, R, or similar). RESPONSIBILITIES
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Research Associate with a PhD degree and expertise in education research analysis. The ideal candidate should possess a strong academic background, exceptional analytical skills, and a proven track record of publishing research in reputable international journals. As a Research Associate, you will contribute to cutting-edge research projects, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and play a crucial role in advancing our organization's commitment to excellence in education research.Key DutiesResearch Design and Planning: Contribute to the development of research objectives, hypotheses, and methodologies. Collaborate with principal investigators and research teams to design and plan studies in the field of education research.Data Collection and Management: Implement data collection methods, which may include surveys, interviews, observations, and analysis of existing datasets. Oversee the organization and management of research data, ensuring accuracy and adherence to ethical standards.Statistical Analysis: Utilize advanced statistical techniques to analyze complex education datasets. Interpret and present findings through clear and comprehensive reports and visualizations.Literature Review and Synthesis: Conduct thorough literature reviews to inform research design and methodology. Synthesize existing research to contribute to the development of a knowledge base in the field.Paper and Grant Proposal Writing: Prepare and submit research papers to international journals, conferences, and other academic outlets. Contribute to the development of grant proposals to secure funding for research projects.Collaboration and Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, including fellow researchers, educators, and external partners. Communicate research findings internally and externally, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and collaboration.Professional Development: Stay current with developments in education research methodologies and trends. Attend conferences, workshops, and seminars to expand knowledge and contribute to the professional growth of the organization.Ethics and Compliance: Ensure all research activities comply with ethical guidelines and regulations. Oversee the preparation and submission of Institutional Review Board (IRB) applications as needed.
