The Company's primary focus in her early years of operations is to engage in commercial farming and industrial scale processing of cassava into High Quality Food Grade Cassava Starch (HQCS)for manufactures of industrial and consumer goods.
JOB SUMMARY
Requirements and skills B.Sc / HND in Agricultural Science or a relevant field. 3 - 6 years experience as production manager Strong organizatoional and leadership skills. Deep knowledge of production management Understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations Knowledge of performance evaluation Experience in reporting on key production metrics Proficient in MS Office Excellent written and verbal communication skills Attention to detail Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach Resident in Epe or closer preferably.Method of ApplicationInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to: the provided email address using the Job Title as the subject of the mail.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Production Managerwho will overseethe production process, coordinates all activities to ensure enough resources on hand andplan workers’ schedulesto ensure workflow meets required deadlines.Duties Organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines Planning production schedules Monitor production to resolve issues Supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel (Production supervisor, quality inspectors, workers etc.) Determine number of necessary resources (workforce, raw materials etc.) Ensure output meets quality standard and enforce health and safety precautions Preparing production report and reporting toupper management
