Overview

  • The Plant Manager oversees the proper functioning and maintainance of all the construction site Machines, Operators and Vehicle driver.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess B.Eng Degrees in Mechanical Engineering with 8+ years hands on deck experience as a plant manager
  • Certification in facility management.

Skills:

  • Good knowledge of facility management
  • Good negotiation skills
  • Familiar with a verse pool of vehicle and machine mechanics.
  • Ability to trouble shoot and timely follow through on resolution for work hidge free activivities
  • Manage the team of Opearators, Drivers, Mechanic and Skilled labor
  • Ability decipher good drivers and operators, mechanics and recommend same for employment by the comapny
  • Ability to manage operation scheduling and deliverables in the Plant department.
