Responsibilities:

Inspects the building, equipment and systems to identify issuesResponsible for carrying out installations on small and large capacity generator sets and related equipmentDevelops and implements preventative maintenance procedures, emergency repairs, overhaul of generators, electrical repairs and expansions.Responsible for installing and maintaining generator sets and related equipment within the store.Responsible for applying electrical/engineering standards and practices in the installation and maintenance of generatorsResponsible for the safe and efficient use of tools and specialized equipmentDiagnoses malfunctioning electrical/mechanical systems and components within the storeIdentifies potential safety hazards to avoid injuries, follows HACCP and health and safety regulationsKeep records of the maintenance schedule of mechanical and electrical equipmentKeep records of fuel supplies, usage, generator uptime and downtime
Requirements:Minimum academic qualification of SSCEPrevious experience in a similar role preferably in an industrial environmentAble to carry out general maintenance processes and methodsAble to competently use tools and specialized equipmentGood attention to detail Have a high maintenance standardAbility to work independently
