Competency Requirements

  • Educate clients on the NHF scheme, assisting them through the application and approval process.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the mortgage sector, acting as the primary point of contact for NHF-related inquiries.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities within the mortgage industry.
  • Monitor the performance of the NHF loan portfolio, addressing any issues that arise.
  • Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure the smooth processing of NHF loans.
  • Prepare reports on NHF activities, including loan disbursements, portfolio performance, and compliance status.
  • Ensure full compliance with all regulatory requirements related to NHF operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in mortgage banking, with a focus on NHF loans.
