Responsibilities:

Identify and engage potential clients, including businesses, organizations, and individuals, who may require security guard services or CCTV camera installations.Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their security needs and providing tailored solutions.Educate clients about the benefits and features of our security solutions, emphasizing quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.Collaborate with our sales and marketing teams to create targeted campaigns and promotional materials that resonate with potential clients.Track and report on sales performance, including leads generated, contracts secured, and revenue generated.Stay informed about industry trends, competitors' offerings, and market developments to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.


Requirements:

Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in the security industry.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with clients.Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Familiarity with digital marketing tools and techniques, including social media, email marketing, and search engine optimization.Knowledge of security systems, including CCTV cameras and access control systems, is an advantage but not required.Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative, creativity, and adaptability.
