  • Provides skill and knowledge on IT application and management of data and information.
  • Leads and supports operation of strategic HES IT applications.
  • Provides technical advice and competency development using information systems and technology to improve execution of OE Processes and Standards.
  • Creates reports and presentations of data that assist management and subject matter experts with use of OE information.
  • Coordinates the development and execution of local HES/IT program training.
  • Conducts quality assurance/quality control reviews on data and develops recommendations to address issues.
  • Provides analysis and multiple views of HES data for management and subject matter experts.
  • Provides interface between HES function and application of the IT tool.
  • Provide support for the HES Specialist.
