Responsibilities:

Responsible for the development of health, safety, and environmental systems in the company and plantInstall and maintain health, safety, and environmental systemsInstall safety devices on machinery or direct the installation of these devicesHandle the configuration and upgrading of health, safety, and environmental systemsCarry out extensive statistical analysis and work based on the result derived from the analysisMonitor the performance of the health, safety, and environmental systems and make the required modificationsDelegate responsibilities to HSE officers to cover each angle of facility safety managementMark hazardous areas with safety posters, hazard flashes, and site safety campaign promotional materialsIntegrate health, safety, and environment processes and practices into daily operationsParticipate in routine HSE activities including corrective actions, investigations, and onsite auditsMaintains and updates HSE budgets & schedule register of HSE Budget Management,Maintain schedule/list of PPE Stock and their maintenance



Requirements:

Minimum academic qualification of a Bachelor's degree in any related discipline Minimum of 3 years of proven work experienceExcellent knowledge of hazard identification, risk assessment, safety report preparation, process safety performance monitoring and auditing, and incident investigationProficient with basic computer skills and knowledgeAbility to work within a diverse cultural environmentGood communication, interpersonal, and team-building skills
