JOB SUMMARY

Qualifications, Skills and Expertise RequiredA minimum of OND in AccountancyKnowledge of QuickBooks online softwareGood knowledge of the use of Microsoft ExcelVery meticulous and organizedInquisitive, Firm and thorough.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Daily posting of all financial transactions on QuickBooks.Handle and disburse petty cash.Assist with filing and retrieval of finance-related documentsData entry and recording to achieve timely, accurate, and complete financial records.Prepare the weekly schedule of payments and invoices as the need arises.Inventory management and recordingHandling sensitive or confidential information with honesty and integrity.Assist with tax and audit matters on a need basisWork as part of the Finance team to compile and analyze data, and track information towards supporting the company or meeting client's needs.Taking on additional tasks or projects to learn more about accounting and office operations.Any other duties assigned.
