JOB SUMMARY
Must be ICAN CertifiedMinimum of 7 years of experienceCommunicationCritical Thinking Analysis of financial and MIS reportsAbility to identify deficient work and provide resolutionMulti-taskingGood team memberFocused and efficient in timely delivering desired outputsGood at using of Microsoft Excel.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Basically responsible for all financial aspects of the Organization. To manage & prepare financial reports, and ensure that all financial transactions are conducted legally and ethically.Major Duties / ResponsibilitiesInitiating Bank online Portal for payment Posted of vendors, customs duty, travel bills, Inter-company fund transfersPreparing and submitting Daily Sales reports to ManagementPreparing and submission of Daily Advance Sales report/Pending dispatches reportSubmission of Daily report to ManagementReconciliation of Usance outstanding reportReconciliation of Physical Inventory with BooksRecording daily payable/receivable transactions into ERP systemReconciliation and analysis with vendor statementsPreparation of Monthly Financial Statements with all required supporting annexesPassing of Monthly provisional entries to ensure proper closure of booksResponsible for accounts payable and accounts receivableReconciliation of With Holding Tax and remitting with concerned authoritiesEnsure all monthly statutory payments like VAT, PAYE, PENSION are remittedAssisting in MIS, Adhoc reporting to ManagementReconciliation of Intercompany balances and submission of reportsEnsuring Settlement of Travel Bills as per company policyTo interact frequently with other departments and participate fully in the day-to-day functioning of the business.
