JOB SUMMARY

Job Description Actively engage with existing and potential customers to promote deposit products offered by the bank or financial institution. Explain product features, benefits, and terms to customers, helping them understand the value proposition of deposit accounts. Identify and generate leads through various channels including referrals, cold calling, networking, and digital marketing to expand the customer base. Assist customers in opening deposit accounts, guiding them through the account opening process, verifying documentation, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Offer basic financial advice to customers, helping them make informed decisions about managing their deposits and achieving their financial goals. Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes related to deposit products, incorporating this knowledge into sales and marketing strategies.
