Our rich history includes years of experience providing solutions in the Digital, IT, Branding, Printing, Light Packaging, & Security Printing sectors.

At the start, we began by providing printing services to SMEs and grew our business through a value creation strategy; offering our clients comprehensive solutions and services. Early on, we knew people would be our greatest assets, hence we sought ways to empower our people, create wealth by partnering with the best minds to create a diversified portfolio.

Currently, Novateur boasts of a group of platforms, solutions, brands, and businesses including Print Anything, Brand On Flash, Signage Kings, just to name a few. Additionally, We license our systems to help people start and manage their own Digital Branding, Printing, and Promotional Solutions business.

We have had the privilege of working with notable organizations such as the African Union (AU), the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS), International Organisation for Migration (IOM), United States Agency for International Development (USAID), the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) of Nigeria, the Office of the Head of the Civil Service of the Federation (OHCSF) in Nigeria, Warri Refining and Petrochemical Company (WRPC), among other notable Corporates, and SMEs.

JOB SUMMARY

Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Arts, or a related field, Proven experience (3 years) working as a graphic designer or visual communicator, preferably in a creative agency or design studio. Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools. Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects, including digital and print materials. Solid understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and composition. Excellent creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate ideas into visually compelling designs. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and articulate design concepts. Atttention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or animation is a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Duties Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand project objectives and requirements, and translate them into visually appealing graphic designs. Create a wide range of visual assets, including but not limited to logos, illustrations, infographics, social media graphics, website banners, email templates, and print materials. Ensure that all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent brand identity across all communication channels. Stay up-to-date with design trends, techniques, and best practices, and incorporate them into design projects as appropriate. Work closely with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and visual solutions for marketing campaigns and initiatives. Prepare and present design concepts and proposals to internal stakeholders, incorporating feedback and revisions as necessary. Collaborate with external vendors and suppliers to oversee the production and printing of design materials, ensuring high quality and timely delivery. Assist in the creation and maintenance of digital assets and design templates for use by internal teams. Contribute to brainstorming sessions and creative ideation processes to generate innovative ideas for design projects.
