A Solar Energy Company is in need of experienced Sales Executives to drive sales activities for its Solar Energy Equipment for Commercial, Industrial and domestic utilities.

We are seeking results driven individuals that are able to attract new customers and generate sales within a set period for immediate employment.

Duties

  • Sell Solar Energy Solutions to Businesses and Individuals.
  • Generate viable leads comprising of businesses and Estate Developments that lead to sales
  • Build relationships with individuals and corporate organisations that lead to sales
  • Canvass through specific locations and identify and engage prospects to build relationships that lead to salers
  • Manage multiple sales accounts and/or sales prospects simultaneously
  • Maintain records of all sales leads and/or customer accounts with accurate dates
  • Represent the brand respectably in all internal and external interactions
  • Educate customers on how Solar Energy Solutions and services can benefit them
  • Monitor the company's industry competitors, observe and report new trends.
  • Send in activity reports on daily basis.

Qualifications/ Requirements:

  • An OND/HND/BSc minimum qualification
  • Must live in Lagos
  • Must have a functional smartphone for sending in reports, and holding meetings.
  • Minimum 23 years of actual field sales experience is a must.
  • Experience in handling, initiating, mediating or negotiating deals is a great advantage.
  • Experience/Appreciation for basic engineering, or some form of technical knowledge on Solar Powered products is are large plus.
  • Ability to appreciate and understand basic information on Solar systems and Terminologies.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas
  • Proven track record of successfully closing sales deals
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Highly selfmotivated
  • Sense of responsibility towards meeting sales targets
  • Ability to work with little to no supervision and while maintain productivity
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills,
  • Familiarity with going on field to approach individuals and businesses to convert them to customers.
  • Ability to handle rejection and still maintain motivation and productivity
  • Must have a serviceable smartphone, this is nonnegotiable.( If you do not have a properly working smartphone do not apply)
How Success is Measured

  • Meeting weekly to monthly targets
  • Volume of legitimate leads pipeline generated through field prospecting
  • Volume of legitimate leads conversion from leads generated
  • Mothly individual sales growth numbers
  • Punctuality and availability on virtual and physical meetings
Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary + Commissions + Bonus (on meeting targets)
